Properties
● Increase slip. Improve hydrophobicity and oleophobicity.
● Provide anti-marker wiping performance.
● Provide lotus effect.
● Excellent varnish compatibility.
● Compared with anti-graffiti additive, better easy cleaning effect and alcohol-resistant wiping performance.
● Water contact angle＞100°
● Adding more than 2% as an additive can achieve an anti-fingerprint effect.

Storage stability
Store in a cool, dry place in the unopened original packaging for 36 months. Products that exceed the storage period can continue to be used after passing the inspection. It must be closed immediately after use.

Recommended formula
1. Suggestion for PU varnish formulation

1.NCO% of N3390=19.6, produced by Covestro, Germany.
2. After mixing A and B components, the storage period is 5-7 hours under the condition of a lid. Therefore, mixed materials should be used as soon as possible, otherwise it will be gelatinized and cannot be used.
3. Recommended baking temperature: 80 ° C for 1 hour or 150 ° C for 5 minutes, which could have better easy cleaning effect.

2. Suggestion for baking system formulation

Recommended baking temperature: 150 ° C for 30 minutes or 210 ° C for 90 seconds.

3.Add as additive
It is used as an additive in polyester-amino varnish or PU varnish (baking temperature is required), with excellent compatibility, the recommended additive quantity is 3-5%.
